Plain ring price close to gold bar

At Saigon Jewelry Company - SJC, at noon on February 6, the listed price of SJC gold bars was 90.7 million VND/tael, down 300,000 VND compared to the end of yesterday's trading session. The buying price was 87.7 million VND/tael, down slightly compared to yesterday.

The price of 9999 gold rings sold by SJC Company is 90.2 million VND/tael, 200,000 VND lower than the record price of 90.5 million VND/tael yesterday.

Similarly, the price of SJC gold bars at Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company - PNJ was also listed at 90.7 million VND/tael at noon on February 6. The buying price was 87.7 million VND/tael. For PNJ 9999 plain gold rings, this company sold at 90.3 million VND/tael and bought at 87.7 million VND/tael.

Compared to the closing price of yesterday's trading session, the price of SJC gold bars at PNJ Company remained unchanged. Meanwhile, the price of PNJ 9999 plain gold rings decreased by VND400,000/tael for selling and VND500,000/tael for buying.

At Doji Gold and Gemstone Group Joint Stock Company, at noon on February 6, the buying price of SJC gold bars was listed by this enterprise at VND87.7 million/tael. The selling price in the afternoon was VND90.7 million/tael.

On the morning of February 6, the selling price of SJC gold bars at Doji Company increased to 91.2 million VND/tael at one point, and the buying price increased to 88.2 million VND/tael at one point.

Thus, since February 4, the price of gold has tended to increase. In particular, the price of plain gold rings is listed by businesses at over 90 million VND/tael and close to the price of SJC gold bars. However, before the God of Wealth day, the price of gold turned to decrease slightly.

Gold shop will open from dawn, many new products

Fearing that gold prices would continue to rise on the God of Wealth Day (February 7), many people in Ho Chi Minh City rushed to buy gold in advance. Gold trading companies have also prepared plans to serve customers.

SJC Company said it will open all stores nationwide at 6:30 a.m. on February 7. For stores located in shopping malls, opening hours will follow the operating hours of the buildings.

Similarly, some gold shops in District 5 (near Hoa Binh market) and Binh Thanh (ward 2) said they also opened earlier than usual to serve customers with increased demand for gold on God of Wealth day.

In addition, to serve the shopping needs of the people, this year, SJC Company launched the gold mascot collection “Kim Ty nghinh tai”. The two typical products are “Kim Ty” and “Lucky Golden Snake” type 1 tael of gold.

This year, PNJ Company also has many new products from gold coins to jewelry. Regarding gold coins, this enterprise has the “Hello Kitty” gold coin product. Jewelry has 2 collections: “Lucky Mickey” and “Kim Bao Nhu Y”.
