Specifically, the delivery price for March 2025 was 5,643 USD/ton (up 85 USD/ton), the delivery price for May 2025 was 5,646 USD/ton (up 98 USD/ton), the delivery price for July 2025 was 5,580 USD/ton (up 99 USD/ton) and September 2025 was 5,488 USD/ton (up 97 USD/ton).

At the end of the trading session, Arabica coffee prices on the New York floor increased sharply and extended the 10th consecutive increase, showing no signs of decreasing, increasing from 10.65 - 14.40 cents/lb, fluctuating from 370.25 - 397.75 cents/lb. Specifically, the delivery period for March 2025 is 397.75 cents/lb (up 14.40 cents/lb), the delivery period for May 2025 is 390.65 cents/lb (up 13.25 cents/lb), the delivery period for July 2025 is 381.40 cents/lb (up 12.05 cents/lb) and the delivery period for September 2025 is 370.25 cents/lb (up 10.65 cents/lb).

Similarly, at the end of the trading session, the price of Brazilian Arabica coffee continued to increase slightly, recorded as follows: The delivery period for March 2025 was 486.40 USD/ton (up 1.05 USD/ton), the delivery period for July 2025 was 480.05 USD/ton (up 15.95 USD/ton) and the delivery period for September 2025 was 462.30 USD/ton (up 1.80 USD/ton). In particular, the delivery period for May 2025 decreased slightly to 483.50 USD/ton (down 0.15 USD/ton).

Domestic coffee prices rise again beyond 130,000 VND / kg

According to information from Giacaphe.com, at 4:00 p.m. today, February 6, 2025, domestic coffee prices have increased again compared to yesterday, at an average of 130,400 VND/kg, an increase of 1,400 VND/kg.

The highest coffee purchase price in key regions of the Central Highlands was recorded at 130,500 VND/kg. Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is 130,400 VND/kg (up 1,400 VND/kg), coffee price in Lam Dong is 129,500 VND/kg (up 1,200 VND/kg), coffee price in Gia Lai is 130,400 VND/kg (up 1,400 VND/kg) and coffee price in Dak Nong today is 130,500 VND/kg (up 1,300 VND/kg).

The domestic coffee prices that Giacaphe.com lists every day are calculated based on the prices of two world coffee exchanges combined with continuous surveys from businesses and purchasing agents in key coffee growing areas across the country.

Last night and early this morning, the New York Stock Exchange witnessed a strong growth in Arabica coffee prices, with an increase of 2.96% to 3.76%. Notably, the delivery date of March 2025 increased by nearly 18% at one point, reaching 8,840 USD/ton, while the matched price during the session was 8,770 USD/ton (about 219 million VND/ton). This is a record high price in the history of coffee trading.

The market is currently experiencing a boom in Arabica prices, similar to the phenomenon that occurred with Robusta coffee before it. In Brazil, the world's top coffee producer, coffee prices have increased by more than 50% in the past three months, encouraging producers to push their products onto the market. According to analysts, Brazilian coffee growers have sold about 85% of this year's total output, estimated at 3.9 million tons, compared to 74% in the same period last year.

In the Vietnamese market, coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces continued to record growth. As predicted by experts, today's coffee prices increased by an average of VND1,400/kg, bringing the domestic coffee price back to the mark of over VND130,000/kg, which was established on February 4.

Forecasting for tomorrow, February 7, 2025, experts believe that domestic coffee prices will continue to follow the international market, possibly increasing by a few hundred VND/kg, this increase will not be high compared to the expectations of coffee growers.
