On August 15, Agribank announced the decision to appoint two additional members to the Board of Members (BOM). Accordingly, Mr. Pham Duc Tuan, Deputy General Director of Agribank, and Mr. Phan Dinh Dien, Director of Agribank Credit Approval Center in Ho Chi Minh City were appointed to the position of members of the Board of Members of Agribank from August 15, for a term of 5 years.
With the addition of two new personnel, the Board of Directors of Agribank, in addition to Chairman Pham Duc An, has 11 members. Agribank's senior personnel have also recently changed, with Mr. Nguyen Hai Long ceasing to hold the position of Deputy General Director since June 24.
Similarly, Vietcombank announced its decision to appoint senior personnel. Accordingly, Mr. Le Hoang Tung, Chief Accountant of Vietcombank, and Mr. Ho Van Tuan, Director of Vietcombank Transaction Office, were both appointed to the position of Deputy General Directors of Vietcombank from August 15.
Vietcombank's Board of Directors assigned Ms. Le Thi Huyen Dieu as the person in charge of Accounting from August 15 until a new decision is made.
Vietcombank's Board of Directors has assigned and appointed Mr. Dang Kien Dinh, Head of Internal Inspection Department at the head office, to the position of Director of Vietcombank Transaction Office branch from August 15.
Previously, VietBank announced the decision to appoint Ms. Tran Tuan Anh as General Director from August 14. This position has been vacant since October 2021. Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Huu Trung had to hold this position concurrently in the past time.
The hot seat in banking has been really “hot” recently. On August 10, ABBank’s Board of Directors assigned Mr. Pham Duy Hieu to assume the duties and powers of General Director, replacing Ms. Le Thi Bich Phuong, who has resigned.
The current temporary CEO of ABBank, Mr. Pham Duy Hieu, was assigned by ABBank's Board of Directors to participate in the management position as Deputy General Director and General Director of ABB.
