The Hanoi Stock Exchange has just announced the results of the early bond buyback of FLC Group Corporation (stock code FLC). Specifically, from December 30, 2020 to September 15, 2023, FLC bought back VND 153 billion of bonds with code FLCH2123003 ahead of schedule, reducing the number of outstanding bonds to VND 997 billion. This bond lot has a term of 2 years with a total value of VND 1,150 billion, the face value of each bond is VND 10 million.

In addition, from August 25, 2022 to December 31, 2022, FLC also bought back all outstanding bonds of 2 codes FLCH2124002 with a value of 430 billion VND and code FLCH2023001 worth 400 billion VND. These two bond lots have a term of 3 years. The total value of bonds bought back by FLC in the above 3 periods is 983 billion VND.
Last week, FLC Group announced that it had just received 19 decisions from the Hanoi Tax Department on the enforcement of administrative decisions on tax enforcement by means of withdrawing money from the accounts of subjects subject to tax enforcement. The amount of money being enforced is more than VND 81.6 billion due to overdue payment from FLC's accounts opened at 19 banks. In case the amount in FLC's account is less than the amount to be enforced, the bank must still withdraw the remaining amount after deducting the minimum balance to maintain the account and continue to monitor and withdraw the amount arising in FLC's account during the effective period of the decision (from October 9 to November 7).
