Dong Nai develops green urban areas in Long Khanh City

Long Khanh City, Dong Nai Province prioritizes and focuses on developing a green, civilized, safe, and modern urban area, becoming a "model" of a green urban area in Dong Nai today.

Located in the Southeast of the province, Long Khanh City has the advantage of being a regional traffic gateway, connecting with the Southeast and Central Highlands regions via railways, National Highway 1, National Highway 56, Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay, Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressways.

The project to adjust the overall master plan for Long Khanh city construction to 2040, with a vision to 2050, determines urban management, building a green, civilized, safe, and modern city.

Accordingly, Long Khanh prioritizes investment in developing infrastructure systems, especially modern and synchronous transportation systems, which will contribute to expanding development space and connecting the city with neighboring areas in terms of economy, culture and society.

Long Khanh urban area has a green tree coverage rate of 71%.

In the process of building green urban development, the environmental factor is identified as the core, because the first requirement is to create a good living environment for people.
