Implementing the Central Committee's regulations on superior Party committees attending Party activities at grassroots Party cells on the 3rd of every month, on December 3, comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the regular meeting of the Party Cell of Yet Kieu 4 area (Tran Hung Dao ward, Ha Long city).
With 116 party members, Yet Kieu 4 Party Cell always affirms and promotes its role as a political nucleus, a bridge between the Party and the people, leading and directing cadres, party members and people in the neighborhood to successfully complete all tasks assigned by the Party Committee.
In November, the Party Cell led and directed the Party building work well, including effectively implementing the city's and ward's directives on ensuring urban order, traffic safety, and implementing the project "Ha Long - City of Flowers". The Party Cell completed the admission of 1 Party member; successfully organized the National Solidarity Day to create excitement among the people; and actively prepared for the election of the ward chief and the Party Cell Congress.
The Party cell also directed the maintenance of campaigns, emulation movements, cultural and sports activities in the area; organized tree and flower planting around Yet Kieu lake and along residential roads; maintained the Green Sunday movement well; did a good job of ensuring security, social order and safety. Focused on social security work, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
At the meeting, party members actively spoke and discussed enthusiastically, frankly, democratically, and responsibly about key issues and tasks in December. These included continuing to grasp the people's situation after the ward merger; doing a good job of propaganda, ensuring security and order, and environmental sanitation before the election of ward chiefs; and carefully preparing activities to welcome the Lunar New Year 2025...
Attending the regular meeting with the Yet Kieu 4 Party Cell, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed his excitement at the very encouraging results achieved by the cell and the ward in November and throughout 2024, especially the effective implementation of the instructions of the province and city as well as the common activities of the cell and ward. He also highly appreciated the spirit and responsibility of the Party members in participating in building the cell and ward, demonstrating the high fighting strength of the Party organizations at the grassroots level.
Informing the cadres and party members of the neighborhood about the results of Party building and socio-economic development in the province in 2024; the directions, goals and tasks in 2025 along with major policies of the Central and the province to prepare for entering a new era - the era of national development, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that cadres and party members in the whole province in general and cadres and party members of Yet Kieu 4 Party Cell in particular join the province in successfully implementing the goals, directions and tasks set out in 2025 as well as major policies and orientations of the Central and the province, especially in implementing the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus. The highest goal is to improve the operational efficiency of the entire system, aiming to serve the people, organizations and businesses in the best way.
The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Yet Kieu 4 Party Cell to continue to lead and direct Party members and people to successfully conduct the election of the head of the cell, and move towards organizing the Party Cell Congress; to do a good job of taking care of families, especially those in difficult circumstances at the end of the year; to organize Tet and Spring activities, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people.
