| Overview of the meeting. |
Tan Tien Block currently has 228 households and 845 people. The Party cell has 82 party members, of which 16 are exempted from party activities.
Over the years, Tan Tien Party Cell has promoted its role as a core leader, constantly striving to fulfill assigned tasks and achieved many important results in carrying out political tasks, ideological work and cadres. The Party Cell has led and directed the implementation of many exciting patriotic emulation movements such as: Mobilizing people and party members in residential areas to contribute more than 2 billion VND to implement internal road and ditch construction, lighting works; national flag hanging works; periodically rewarding and giving gifts to students in difficult circumstances who study well; mobilizing 100% of households to buy at least one fire extinguisher. Cultural, artistic, physical education and sports movements are increasingly exciting. Security, political security, social order and safety in the area are maintained and stable; there are no law violators in the area.

At the meeting, the Tan Tien Bloc Party Cell reported on international, domestic, provincial, city and ward current affairs; disseminated and thoroughly grasped Party and State documents; assessed the ideological situation of Party members; discussed the results of the Party Cell's leadership work in June and key tasks in July.

Talking with cadres and party members of Tan Tien block, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy expressed his joy to participate in activities with the Tan Tien block Party Cell on the land of "Red Village" Hung Dung with a glorious revolutionary tradition.
On the occasion of the Party cell meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy informed about the socio-economic situation and social security of the province in the first 6 months of the year, especially the National Assembly has just issued a Resolution on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province, contributing to concretizing Resolution No. 39 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045. Vinh city alone is taking steps to prepare to merge Cua Lo town and 4 communes of Nghi Loc district to build Vinh into a coastal city.

Agreeing with the direction and tasks in July and the goals and tasks in 2024 of the Party cell, the head of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that the Party cell will continue to maintain the principles and routine of regular and complete activities, carefully prepare the content of activities from the Party cell committee; at the same time, if there are resources, focus on training to recruit new Party members.
Comrade Thai Thanh Quy also suggested that the Party cell continue to study and innovate the content and form of activities, propaganda, and mobilization of the people, to adapt to the development of society. Each cadre and Party member continues to uphold the spirit of solidarity, unity, frank criticism and self-criticism in Party cell activities, to always be the political nucleus at the grassroots level, effectively promoting the leadership role in implementing the political tasks and movements of the bloc.

On this occasion, the head of the Provincial Party Committee requested the leaders of Vinh city and Hung Dung ward to continue to create conditions, pay attention to support, and study to resolve the recommendations of Tan Tien bloc; at the same time, he wished the Party cell and Tan Tien bloc to have many practical and meaningful movements towards the 30th anniversary of Hung Dung ward's establishment in August 2024.
