On the afternoon of October 3, Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board attended the Party cell meeting of Khe Long Ngoai village, Thanh Son commune, Ba Che district.
The Khe Long Ngoai village Party cell currently has 28 party members. In September, the Party cell seriously and thoroughly implemented the Party's directives and resolutions to each cadre, party member and people; well implemented political and ideological education and party development work; focused on socio-economic development and improving people's quality of life.
At this meeting, the Party Cell disseminated, thoroughly grasped, and oriented the content of the Party Cell's activities in October 2024 in the Party Cell's Newsletter issued by the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and the Party Cell's Activity Bulletin compiled by the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department. In particular, focusing on informing, propagating, thoroughly grasping the article of the General Secretary, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on "continuing to strongly innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods, urgent requirements of the new revolutionary stage"; implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030; effectively implementing the model of "4-good Party Cell", "4-good Party Committee"; the model of "people trust, party nominates"; thoroughly grasping and implementing tasks and solutions for Party building, political system; socio-economic development; ensuring national defense and security... The Party Cell also focused on discussing and evaluating the results of leadership and direction in implementing political tasks of the Party Cell and Party members in September 2024; at the same time, orienting tasks, as well as focusing on discussing and agreeing on assigning tasks to Party members with the determination to successfully implement the targets of the Resolution of October 2024.
Also at the meeting, the Party Cell reviewed the work of preventing, responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3. Accordingly, thanks to proactive information and propaganda work and the implementation of the motto "3 before, 4 on the spot", absolute safety for the health and lives of people in the area was ensured. However, the storm and its aftermath caused damage to more than 200 hectares of crops and 10 houses of the people were flooded. Immediately after the storm and flood, the Party Cell and the people urgently overcame the consequences and quickly stabilized people's lives.
Speaking at the Party cell meeting, Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board acknowledged and highly appreciated the activities of the Khe Long Ngoai Party Cell as well as the targets of the October 2024 Resolution set forth by the Party Cell. He hoped that the village Party Cell would continue to promote the achieved results; focus on implementing solutions to overcome the consequences of super typhoon No. 3; strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to change crop structure; select crops with high economic value, suitable for climate, soil and ability to withstand natural disasters, storms, floods, and climate change. Focus on and strengthen political and ideological education; effectively implement the model of "4 good Party Cell", "4 good Party Committee" to build a strong Party and political system; Prepare well the conditions for the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2025, especially the preparation for the election of village chiefs in conjunction with the Party cell congresses for the new term according to the model of "People trust, Party elects"; continue to focus on leadership and direction to continue to well implement socio-economic targets; build new rural areas; maintain, regularly and continuously the work of cleaning the rural environment, creating green, clean and beautiful landscapes; ensure the maintenance of political security, social order and safety of the locality.
