In 2024, Hoa Binh City had 4 Party Committees achieving the title of clean and strong, Mong Hoa was one of the 4 typical Party Committees. To achieve this result, Mong Hoa Commune Party Committee has synchronously deployed many practical and effective solutions.

The Standing Committee of Mong Hoa Commune Party Committee (Hoa Binh City) discussed and reviewed the Party Committee's directive and management documents.

The commune Party Committee has 20 Party cells with 623 Party members. In addition to the Party members in 7 Party cells of the agency block, the largest number are Party members in 13 Party cells of residential areas. To effectively carry out Party building work, for each type of Party cell, the Party Committee has different notes and instructions for implementation. First, to promote the Party's comprehensive leadership role, from the beginning of the year and throughout the year, the Commune Party Committee has proactively issued documents to lead, direct and organize the comprehensive implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the resolution on socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building work, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations. Direct and urge Party cells to seriously implement the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's policies and laws to cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and all classes of people. The highlight is the organization of a conference to study and research the article of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam", regulations on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style, the responsibility to set an example of cadres and party members, especially key leaders at all levels.

In 2024, the Commune Party Committee established a commune military party cell according to regulations. Organized a conference on steps to review and plan leadership and management staff to ensure quality. Party work was carried out effectively. Currently, the Party Committee has 20 party members enjoying the regime according to Decision No. 711-QD/TU, dated January 2, 2018 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee stipulating a number of operating expenditure regimes of the Provincial Party Committee.

Inspection and supervision work is seriously implemented. Every year, the Party Committee proactively develops an annual inspection and supervision program and implements it to ensure the plan and quality. In 2024, the Party situation is stable, with no complaints, denunciations, or reflections against Party organizations and Party members. Party organizations and Party members comply well with the contents that have been inspected and supervised.

Promoting the role of mass mobilization work, Mong Hoa Commune Party Committee directed sectors and organizations to actively mobilize people to comply with and implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, especially the land acquisition and site clearance policies for projects in the area. Such as propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the site clearance policies for projects: residential areas auctioning land in hamlets Denh 1, Denh 2, Du Phuong, Nai Ban; Binh Phu Industrial Park infrastructure development investment project; 35kV power line project; Ky Son - Luong Son 110kV power line project; W8 dam renovation project, Thang Long Xanh housing area, regional connecting roads... The commune also performed well the work of receiving people and having dialogues with people according to regulations; promptly resolving people's legitimate recommendations and proposals.

Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, by January 2025, party cells in the commune had completed organizing congresses for the 2025-2027 term.

Comrade Nguyen Van Phu, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, said: Last year, thanks to the synchronous and effective implementation of Party building solutions, Party cells have promoted their comprehensive leadership role in socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security. In 2024, the average income per capita in the commune reached 85 million VND, the poverty rate decreased to 1%. Currently, the Commune Party Committee continues to direct Party cells to seriously maintain Party cell activities, innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities according to the instructions of the Central Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee. Do a good job of creating sources for Party member development. Enhance the role and responsibility of regular supervision of Party Committee members in charge of the area, promptly detect and inspect when there are signs of violations against Party organizations and Party members; strictly implement the inspection and supervision program.
