Mr. Zơrâm Cheo - Head of K'noonh village said that every year, in early spring, the local Co Tu people often organize a traditional festival, with the meaning of praying for a new year of favorable weather, prosperity, health and peace for every family.
To organize the traditional festival, in the past, village officials mobilized funds from the clans in the village; at the same time, assigned tasks to members to join hands, especially the work of preparing offerings to the gods, along with cuisine to serve the communal party of the whole village.
"This is both an opportunity to celebrate the New Year and create community cohesion. Through the rituals of worshipping the gods, we hope to preserve good values and educate our children to love our nation's culture more," Mr. Cheo shared.
