The dialogue conference is one of the activities under Project 8 "Implementing gender equality and solving urgent issues for women and children" under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period.

At the conference, there were many opinions from members and women in Tan Phu district proposing and recommending the need to continue to extend the time to support health insurance cards for ethnic minorities in communes in area I; support health insurance cards for the team of cadres working as heads of women's associations; propaganda work, dissemination and education of law for people in ethnic minority areas; building traditional houses for Tay people, special entertainment areas in areas with many ethnic minorities; establishing Then singing and Tinh playing clubs to preserve the cultural identity of the Tay ethnic group.

Along with that, the opinions and recommendations on the construction of irrigation works and investment in the electricity network in Daklua commune; concreting traffic routes in hamlets; training, fostering, planning, and using female cadres who are ethnic minorities, contributing to increasing the proportion of female cadres in the political system.

At the conference, leaders of the Provincial Ethnic Committee and the Dong Nai Provincial Women's Union basically answered the opinions of female members. At the same time, they provided more information on support policies that members and women are interested in.
