With the courage of a businessman, Mr. Le Tri Ky, Director of Hong Ky Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company, Canh Nang town (Ba Thuoc) has built a solid foundation for himself, which is a pioneer enterprise in investing in rural infrastructure construction and actively participating in social security work in the area.

Mr. Le Tri Ky was born and raised in Dong Hai ward (Thanh Hoa city), in a family where his parents were farmers, life was always in a state of "lack of money". Realizing that his family's economy was difficult, he went to school in the morning and worked at a carpentry workshop in the afternoon to earn extra income to help his parents.
With the desire to change the working environment, find opportunities to help his parents escape from a difficult life, he mobilized capital from his brother, sister, and friends to go to Canh Nang town (Ba Thuoc) to open a carpentry workshop. In the early days of establishing the workshop, he was always in a situation of lacking capital for production, and there was no market for his products. However, with his own dynamism and acumen, he gradually overcame the difficulties and achieved many positive results, the products were favored by consumers, brought high profits, and created stable jobs for 15 local workers. In 2001, he established Hong Ky handicraft cooperative to expand production and business sectors, creating jobs for many local workers.
In 2005, Mr. Le Tri Ky realized that the construction industry not only creates jobs for local workers but also contributes to the construction of projects serving socio-economic development, so he established Hong Ky Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company. Since its establishment, each stage of the enterprise's development has always been marked by his bold decisions and his spirit of daring to think and do. This has motivated employees to make every effort to contribute to the growth of the company. Many projects such as schools, cultural houses, offices, and roads have been completed and put into use, effectively promoting capital resources, contributing to the socio-economic development of Ba Thuoc district. Currently, his company provides jobs for 102 workers, with an average income of more than 8 million VND/person/month.
Along with focusing on developing the company, he also actively participates in charity and humanitarian activities, helping people in especially difficult circumstances. Accordingly, from 2022 to now, he has participated in supporting funding for a number of organizations and poor households in Ba Thuoc district with an amount of more than 100 million VND. Responding to the campaign to support the construction of houses for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the 2 years 2024-2025, he donated 80 million VND to build houses for poor households in the district. Mr. Le Tri Ky said: The next journey will still have many difficulties and challenges, so I always encourage myself to strive to overcome difficulties, improve management capacity, proactively adapt, take advantage of opportunities to develop the company more and more, contribute to improving the lives of workers, fulfill obligations to the State, especially participate more in social security activities...
As Chairman of the Ba Thuoc District Business Association, Mr. Le Tri Ky has actively protected the legitimate rights and interests of businesses in the area; innovated the content and methods of operation, strengthened the connection and cooperation among members. At the same time, launched the emulation movement for good production and business; cared for and improved the lives of workers; promoted technical innovation initiatives; actively participated in charity and humanitarian activities. Since the beginning of 2024, the Ba Thuoc District Business Association has supported nearly 300 million VND to build houses for poor households, and worked with people in the northern flood areas to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
With his contributions to the construction of his homeland, Mr. Ky has received many certificates of merit from all levels and sectors.
