Delegation of the Argentine Justice Party visits Ha Long Bay

On the morning of November 13, a delegation of the Argentinean Justice Party led by Comrade Emilio Jose Ribera, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee's External Relations Commission, visited Ha Long Bay during a working visit to Vietnam. Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Nhan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, and representatives of several departments and branches welcomed and accompanied the delegation.
