The trip was also a valuable practical lesson, helping the members of the delegation feel: "The whole country for beloved Hoang Sa and Truong Sa; bringing with it feelings, bringing back faith and responsibility for the homeland's sea and islands".

The delegation and delegates paid special attention to the Navy in general, the army and people of Truong Sa island district, and the DKI/12 platform in particular, with the spirit of "The whole country for Truong Sa, Truong Sa for the whole country", contributing to building the Vietnam People's Navy to become increasingly strong, truly a core force in protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, a solid support for fishermen to go offshore, stick to the sea, and get rich from the sea as the Party and State have set out.

Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department said: Although the sea on this voyage was calm and the waves were not as big as the previous trips when the delegations visited and encouraged the soldiers and people on the island, I could somewhat imagine the deprivation, difficulties, resilience and determination of the soldiers and people on the islands. There are islands where you can see the sea just by looking out the door, I feel that life is very difficult and precarious, through which we see the determination and steadfastness of the Navy soldiers and especially we also see the optimism through the smiles of the soldiers during the short time when exchanging cultural activities with the Working Group.

“We have probably attended many flag-raising ceremonies, but the flag-raising ceremony at Truong Sa is truly a special experience for each of us, and we have sung the National Anthem many times, but singing the National Anthem in the middle of Truong Sa is truly special. Through this, I am even more deeply aware of President Ho Chi Minh's words: "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom". This morning, listening to the soldiers recite the 10 oaths of the Vietnam People's Army, I think that not only the soldiers but all of us, especially in Working Group No. 23, swear that we are ready to sacrifice to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland. Everyone, please join me in swearing!" (the whole hall resounded with the two words: I swear! - reporter) - Mr. Le Quoc Minh added.
