On April 15 (March 7, Giap Thin year), the Central Propaganda Department's working delegation led by Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, respectfully offered incense to commemorate and express gratitude for the merits of the Hung Kings.

Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Phan Xuan Thuy, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; Major General Nguyen Hong Thai, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 2; representatives of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam Journalists Association, Vietnam Publishing Association, Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, Vietnam General Department of Politics, Military Region 2; representatives of the Propaganda Department, Literature and Arts Association, Party newspapers, radio and television stations of the Northern Midlands and Mountains provinces.
On the Lao Cai province side, there were comrade Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

At Kinh Thien Palace, on the top of Nghia Linh Mountain, the delegation offered incense, flowers, and gifts to commemorate the Hung Kings and ancestors who had contributed to building the country. At the same time, they expressed their respect and infinite gratitude to their ancestors, vowing to work and study to preserve the territory and develop their homeland and country.

In the sacred atmosphere, the delegation prayed for national peace and prosperity, for the longevity of all families, for the country to become increasingly strong, for the people to be prosperous and happy; vowed to promote the spirit of solidarity, and excellently fulfill the important responsibilities assigned by the Party and the people. Thereby, contributing to strengthening the trust and building a close relationship between the people and the Party, promoting the strength of the great national solidarity bloc to successfully carry out the assigned tasks and goals; firmly protecting independence, sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity; building an increasingly prosperous country, and for the people to live a prosperous and happy life.
