Through social resources and the state budget, the cultural sector not only promotes investment, upgrading, and protection of historical and cultural relics but also carries out many research activities and collects artifacts, especially historical artifacts of revolutionary wars, attracting a large number of people and tourists to learn, visit, and research.
On June 9, 2014, the 11th Party Central Committee issued Resolution 33 on “building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development”. To realize the objectives of the resolution, Dien Ban has promoted propaganda work and deployed many specific contents and tasks associated with the implementation of the movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” and the campaign “All people unite to build new rural areas - civilized urban areas”.
Mr. Ngo Cong Hoa (a resident of Bao An village, Dien Quang commune) acknowledged that taking care of the cultural life of the people has brought many improvements to the countryside; communication behavior in the community is also civilized and polite; village roads and alleys are increasingly spacious, so they are widely supported by the people.
