Proposal to discipline some officials of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department

(QBĐT) - The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (PCI) has just held its 30th meeting to review and conclude a number of important contents. Comrade Le Van Bao, member of the Standing Committee and Chairman of the PCI, chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the following contents: Reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violations against the Party Cell Executive Committee; comrades: Tran Phuong Nam, former Party Cell Secretary, former Deputy Director; Mai Cong Danh, former Party Cell Executive Committee member, former Director of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: In addition to the advantages, the Party Committee of the Provincial Department of Execution of Civil Judgments, term 2020-2025, had violations and shortcomings in not advising the Party Committee to lead cadres and party members to comply with the direction of the General Department of Execution of Civil Judgments and Inspection Conclusion No. 36/KL-TTR, dated July 1, 2024 of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Justice on suspending the execution of judgments at the request of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank and temporarily suspending the work of comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan, Head of the Department of Execution of Civil Judgments of Dong Hoi City.

Comrade Le Van Bao, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, chaired the meeting.

The main responsibility for the above shortcomings and violations belongs to the Party Committee of the Provincial Department of Execution of Judgments, term 2020-2025, the responsibility of the head belongs to comrade Tran Phuong Nam, former Party Secretary, former Deputy Director of the Department, the direct responsibility for directing the implementation of the execution task belongs to comrade Mai Cong Danh, former Party Committee member, former Director of the Department and the direct responsibility for advising belongs to comrades Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Cell, Deputy Director in charge; comrade Tran Quy Hoai, Party Committee member, Deputy Director of the Department; comrade Dao Thi Hong, Deputy Head of the Department in charge of the Department of Judgment Execution and Organization; comrade Doan Thi Thuy Nga, Head of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement.

Considering the content, nature, level, cause and consequences of the violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agrees:

Review and consider the responsibilities of the Party Cell Executive Committee; Comrade Tran Phuong Nam, former Party Cell Secretary, former Deputy Director; Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Cell, Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment; review and take disciplinary action against Comrade Mai Cong Danh, former Party Cell Executive Committee member, former Director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment; review and draw experience from Comrade Tran Quy Hoai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Request the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies to direct the review and draw lessons for the two related party members.

Propose that the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Justice lead and direct the review, consideration, and administrative disciplinary action according to regulations against the leaders of the Department of Justice of Quang Binh province who have shortcomings and violations.

In addition to the advantages, the Party Committee of the Dong Hoi City Department of Execution of Civil Judgments for the 2020-2025 term has violations and shortcomings in advising on the development and implementation of the Party Cell's working regulations; has not advised the Party Cell to lead cadres and party members to comply with the direction of the General Department of Execution of Civil Judgments, Inspection Conclusion No. 36/KL-TTR, dated July 1, 2024 of the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Justice and the Provincial Department of Execution of Civil Judgments on the suspension of execution of judgments at the request of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank. The main responsibility for the above shortcomings and violations belongs to the Party Committee of the Dong Hoi City Department of Execution of Civil Judgments for the 2020-2025 term, the responsibility of the head and direct responsibility belongs to comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan, Party Cell Secretary, Department Head, the responsibility of advising belongs to the Party Committee member, Execution member.

Considering the content, nature, level, cause and consequences of the violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agreed to: Consider and discipline the Party Cell of the Dong Hoi City THADS Department, term 2020-2025; Comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan, Party Cell Secretary, Department Head.

Review and consider the responsibility of the two party members involved. Request the Standing Committee of Dong Hoi City Party Committee to strengthen leadership and direction in the inspection and supervision of the development and implementation of working regulations and the performance of assigned political tasks for party organizations and cadres under its management authority.

Also at this session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission approved a number of other important contents.
