Giving opinions on the directive document on site clearance (GPMB) to effectively implement the Thai Nguyen Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister, delegates suggested: The directive content should focus on 3 contents: Progress, process and responsibility of localities and units. The directive document also needs to clearly state the responsibility of Party committees, authorities at all levels, agencies and units in compensation and GPMB work, clearly stipulate the deadline for resolving related problems.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee emphasized the extremely important role of compensation and site clearance work in implementing the province's double-digit economic growth target in 2025; The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee needs to proactively advise the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on specific contents; at the same time, resolutely lead and direct the implementation of compensation and site clearance work. He requested specialized agencies to review and evaluate the results of task implementation, on that basis, advise on appropriate document content, with a more drastic spirit, associated with specific progress, specific processes, specific responsibilities of each level, sector, locality, and unit. At the same time, creatively apply the spirit of Resolution No. 57 on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation in all aspects of socio-economic life to direct the timely implementation of tasks. The focus of the province's compensation and site clearance work in 2025 is on key projects and industrial parks and clusters, so leadership and direction need to focus on closely following this content to match the common goals and tasks.
