Implementing a breakthrough in administrative reform, focusing on administrative procedure reform, in recent times, the People's Committee of Van Mieu commune, Thanh Son district has developed a directive document on implementing administrative reform tasks, handling administrative procedures according to the one-stop and one-stop mechanism. One-stop shop of Van Mieu Commune People's Committee supports people in resolving administrative procedures.

Van Mieu Commune has 14 residential areas with nearly 2,000 households. To facilitate people and organizations when coming to do administrative procedures, the Commune People's Committee has arranged a one-stop transaction office with full necessary facilities and equipment, and assigned permanent staff to perform the task of ensuring citizen reception and supporting the fastest resolution of administrative procedures for people. The Commune also regularly updates and publicly posts administrative procedures, fee levels, charges, addresses for receiving feedback and recommendations on administrative regulations... at the reception and result delivery department, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness for organizations and individuals to monitor and implement, and at the same time have the basis and conditions to exercise the right to supervise the process of receiving and resolving administrative procedures.

Currently, the staff at the one-stop department of Van Mieu commune are all proficient in using document management and operation software, electronic one-stop software... In addition to strictly performing professional tasks, the People's Committee of the commune also requires the one-stop department to regularly review and update new documents from superiors to deploy and implement administrative procedure reform in accordance with regulations; actively apply information technology to ensure that procedures are resolved quickly and smoothly. The commune also takes turns sending cadres and civil servants to attend training courses to improve their qualifications and meet task requirements...

Since the beginning of the year, the one-stop department of Van Mieu commune has received over 700 records and administrative procedures from individuals and organizations in various fields; 100% of records and administrative procedures under its authority after being received were reviewed and resolved in accordance with regulations, 99% of records were returned with results on time and ahead of schedule.

Ms. Do Thi Minh Phuong, a civil servant of the People's Committee of the commune, said: "Since July 1, we have made 100% online payments. The commune has also established a support team to guide people to register accounts on the National Public Service Portal."

In order to further improve the effectiveness of administrative reform at the commune level and the work of handling administrative procedures for the people, the People's Committee of Van Mieu commune continues to focus on innovation and improving the quality of work of the reception and result delivery department. Each cadre and civil servant upholds the sense of responsibility, performs professional manners, has a civilized and friendly attitude, and quickly and neatly handles administrative procedures for the people.

Promote the application of information technology and document management software in directing and handling professional work; regularly review the list of communal-level administrative procedures, properly implement fee collection and revenue management in accordance with the law, and at the same time increase support for people to submit documents online.
