Photo exhibition: Binh Thuan

In the joyful and excited atmosphere of the whole country welcoming the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) associated with the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Binh Thuan Province (April 19, 1975 - April 19, 2025), at the Provincial Theater and Cultural and Art Exhibition, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a photo exhibition, combined with the display and introduction of commercial and tourism products with the theme: "Binh Thuan - 50 years of construction, innovation and development".

Taking place from April 17 to 24, 2025, with more than 300 documentary photos, the exhibition was organized to affirm the outstanding achievements of Binh Thuan over the past 50 years in the fields of economy, politics, culture - society, national defense, security, Party building, building the political system in 50 years of building and developing the province; on that basis, encourage all classes of people to continue to promote the cause of industrialization and modernization of Binh Thuan homeland.

The exhibition includes documentary images of the army and people of Binh Thuan and Binh Tuy completely liberating their homeland, contributing with the army and people of the whole country to the Great Victory of Spring 1975, completely liberating the South, and unifying the country; documents about the army and people of Thuan Hai (from February 1977 - April 1992) reclaiming land, focusing on cotton cultivation, building a number of new economic zones and settlement areas; and converting crop structure in Duc Linh and Tanh Linh. “Binh Thuan - Journey to build a dynamic, fast and sustainable Binh Thuan homeland, towards the future”, displaying documentary images on restructuring the agricultural sector, building local image, developing irrigation works for multiple purposes, exploiting renewable energy potential associated with environmental protection, investing in the road system, education - health - culture, national security and defense, building the Party Committee... as well as introducing resources, potentials, and orientations for socio-economic development in the coming time, focusing on developing 3 pillars: industry, tourism - services and agriculture...
