On the occasion of Tet 2024, Y Nhi said she spent all her initial salary from working part-time in Australia to send back to Vietnam to help poor families in Binh Thuan province.

The total value of the gifts is more than 120 million VND.

Previously, Y Nhi cut her hair to donate to cancer patients through the BCNV Vietnam Breast Cancer Network.

Y Nhi's charity project, one of the important categories at the Miss World contest, has not been announced.

Also on the evening of March 22, the Miss International 2024 organizing committee announced and posted images confirming that Miss Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy will represent Vietnam to compete in this contest.

Thanh Thuy was crowned Miss Vietnam 2022. She was born in 2002 in Da Nang and is 1.76m tall.
