Typically: Detailed land use planning and plans, plans to adjust residential area planning; compensation plans, support for land acquisition and resettlement; publicizing the tasks and powers of professional staff directly handling work for people according to the provisions of law... On this basis, the city focuses on implementing solutions to foster and improve professional capacity for those assigned to organize the implementation of laws on grassroots democracy; strengthen information, propaganda, dissemination, and education on the law on grassroots democracy; enhance the responsibility of agencies, units, the exemplary role of leaders, leaders, managers, party members, civil servants, and non-professional workers in communes, wards, villages, and areas in implementing grassroots democracy...

Employees in enterprises are discussed and decide on collective bargaining contents according to regulations. The activities of the People's Inspection Board in enterprises have promoted the role of supervising the implementation of policies and laws, handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections; and the implementation of laws on democracy at the grassroots level.
