Implementing democracy with "Skilled Mass Mobilization"
According to the Provincial Steering Committee for the Implementation of Grassroots Democracy, in 2023, the work of leading, directing, thoroughly grasping and implementing the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws on grassroots democracy in the province will continue to receive attention. At the same time, direct the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province, the standing committees of the district, town and city Party Committees to strengthen the work of grasping the people's situation. In particular, grasp the urgent and prominent issues and incidents, pay attention to the people's situation in implementing key projects and works, in implementing new policies and guidelines that have a great impact on people's lives and issues reported by the press and public opinion. Continue to promote widespread democracy
At the recent conference to review the situation and results of implementing the Grassroots Democracy Law in 2023, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested all levels, sectors and localities to implement the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level, Decree No. 59 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level, Decree 61 of the Government. Continue to promote widespread democracy associated with tightening discipline and order; especially in areas prone to violations. At the same time, focus on directing the review and timely and proper settlement of petitions, cases, urgent and complicated issues among the people right from the grassroots level, limiting the emergence of hot spots, mass complaints, bypassing levels, and prolonging. At the same time, well organize direct dialogue activities between heads of Party committees and authorities with the people, between heads of agencies, enterprises and workers, and organize full and proper reception of citizens...
