Relevant units have advised on the issuance of guidelines on a number of contents for organizing party congresses at all levels, towards the 13th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Comrade Tran Van Nam, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, further clarified the situation of party member development in units and localities.

Dak Nong develops plans and schemes for mobilizing, rotating, assigning, and arranging cadres, preparing a step of Party committee personnel for the 2025-2030 term; selecting units to organize model congresses and pilot congresses to directly elect secretaries at district and commune levels.

Deputy Head of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Pham Ngoc An provided more information on the work of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement in recent times.

Inspection and supervision work was carried out in accordance with procedures and regulations. Party committees at all levels inspected 1,777 party members and 110 party organizations according to Article 30 of the Party Charter. Inspection committees at all levels inspected 39 party members when there were signs of violations.

Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Khanh reported more clearly on the work of directing, guiding and propagating political tasks, national and provincial holidays, and the work of fighting to protect the Party's ideological foundation in cyberspace.

However, the rate of party membership admission is low (50.6%). The quality of party cell and committee activities, the spirit of criticism and self-criticism is not high... The work of grasping the situation and detecting signs of violations by party organizations and party members in some units is not good...

Deputy Director of Dak Nong Radio and Television Station Phan Quoc Ly provided more information about some of the work the unit will carry out in the third quarter, especially related to propaganda for party congresses at all levels.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, requested that in the coming time, agencies and units proactively and actively carry out the tasks set out at the beginning of the year and in the fourth quarter of 2024 with the highest efficiency.

Along with urgently reviewing the implementation of regular, arising and unexpected tasks in 2024, units proactively propose advice and develop key tasks and plans for 2025.

In developing party members, units that do well need to be commended, and those that do not do well need to be seriously reviewed to see where the difficulties are, the subjective and objective causes, and exchange experiences for joint implementation. Units will review, evaluate, and classify party members and party organizations at the end of 2024.

The work of leading and directing Party committees and authorities at all levels to overcome shortcomings and limitations pointed out through introductions and reviews in the spirit of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee in 2023 and pointed out by all levels, sectors, audits and inspections continues to be focused on.

The subcommittees of documents, personnel, propaganda and service for the 13th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, continue to carry out tasks as required and instructed. Agencies and the press proactively develop plans and launch high-point campaigns, special pages and columns to promote the results of implementing resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the 12th Provincial Party Congress; deploy Party Congresses at all levels of localities and units, especially commune and district-level units selected as pilot units, directly electing secretaries...
