In recent years, the work of the Young Pioneers and the children's movement in the province has achieved positive results. Young Pioneers and children in the whole province have been active and proactive in studying, practicing and following the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho. In addition, children in the whole province have actively responded to and participated in programs and emulation movements organized by the Young Pioneers Council such as: "Binh Dinh children compete to implement the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho", "Speak good words, do thousands of good deeds", "Small plans", "Drink water, remember the source", "Learn to be a useful person",... Through programs and emulation movements, thousands of good Young Pioneers - Uncle Ho's good children have appeared, who are shining examples in studying, practicing and participating in social activities with beautiful and meaningful deeds and actions such as: picking up lost items and returning them to the owner; bravely save people in distress, help friends overcome difficulties to study well, actively participate in environmental protection activities, prevent social evils,...

Speaking at the Congress, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Phong Vu warmly praised the achievements of the young pioneers and children of the province in the past time. Acknowledging and appreciating the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union for directly guiding the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, the Provincial Pioneer Council has organized many meaningful movements and activities, creating an environment for children to compete in studying and practicing. At the same time, acknowledging and appreciating the silent contributions of the Youth Union and Pioneers cadres, teachers, who are not only dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible for their profession, but also always creative, seeking to innovate appropriate content and methods to motivate, encourage, and create an environment for children to compete in studying and practicing.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Phong Vu emphasized that nurturing the next generation of revolutionaries is a particularly important task, not only for any sector or level but also the responsibility of the entire Party and the entire people. Therefore, in order for children to realize their dreams and ambitions and become future masters of the country, she suggested that Party committees at all levels, authorities, departments, sectors, organizations, parents, teachers, and educators continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, coordinate to care for, and invest more in the work of protecting, caring for, and educating children; create a safe environment and the best conditions for children to play, study, practice, and participate in social activities, especially protecting children's safety and security in cyberspace; Continue to pay attention to investing in educational content, facilities, entertainment and activities, etc., helping children have the opportunity to study, live healthily, develop equally and comprehensively in terms of physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects. At the same time, it is necessary to pay special attention to nurturing revolutionary ideals and beliefs in the bright future of the nation and country for children, contributing to training a young generation full of aspirations, ambitions and the will to rise up in all circumstances.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Phong Vu believes that, after this Congress, with new determination and spirit, the emulation movement to study and follow Uncle Ho's teachings among children in our province will have new developments, to create an environment for every child in the province to study, practice and become good children and good students, good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

At the Congress, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Provincial Pioneer Council organized a ceremony to honor 200 delegates who were the best Uncle Ho's Good Children in the province in various fields.
