(Dan Tri) - On the afternoon of February 5, Hanoi National University announced the schedule for the 2025 capacity assessment exam. The exam fee from 2025 is 600,000 VND/candidate/exam, an increase of 100,000 VND/exam compared to last year.
Speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the leader of the Testing Center (Hanoi National University) said that because in 2025, more optional exams will be prepared, including an English section, so the fee will increase by 100,000 VND/test.

Candidates can only choose 1 exam session in the exam periods from 9:00 a.m. on February 23 to 4:30 p.m. on March 2.
Thus, compared to the old announcement announced by the National University last year, the 2025 capacity assessment exam schedule will take place half a month later (the old announcement gave the first registration date as February 8).
In particular, in 2025, the fee for the Hanoi National University's capacity assessment exam will be 600,000 VND/candidate/exam, an increase of 100,000 VND/exam compared to last year.

Fees paid are non-refundable for any reason. Candidates should read the instructions carefully and consider carefully before paying the fee.
Exam notification will be sent via email and posted on the exam account 7 days before the official exam date.
The system will open for candidates to choose a second exam session (if desired) from 9:00 a.m. on March 3 until 14 days before the official exam date.
Registration and exam fees must be paid online within 96 hours of completing exam registration. If the candidate does not pay the fee within 96 hours, the exam will be automatically canceled.
The system allows candidates to register for a maximum of 2 exams per year (as of December 31). Two consecutive exams must be at least 28 days apart. The exam session will automatically close 14 days before the official exam date.
The system will open for candidates to choose the second exam session (if desired) from 9:00 a.m. on March 3 until 14 days before the official exam date. Candidates choose the exam location on the exam registration system http:/hsa.edu.vn/. The exam schedule can be adjusted in accordance with epidemic prevention work (if any).
Candidates create an exam account at http://khaothi.vnu.edu.vn/ or http:/hsa.edu.vn/ and select the corresponding exam session. The system only allows accounts to log in and operate on one computer device at the same time.

The Hanoi National University's competency assessment test is done on a computer, lasting 195-199 minutes, and includes two compulsory sections on mathematics & data processing (50 questions, 75 minutes) and literature - language (50 questions, 60 minutes).
In the third part (50 questions, 60 minutes), candidates choose either science or English.
Candidates can check their exam results and receive their Certificate of Exam Results 14 days after taking the exam. The Certificate of Exam Results will be sent via registered mail to the address and phone number declared in the HSA exam registration account.
Students should pay attention to the mid-term exam schedule of high school to avoid choosing the same exam session.

Last year, the Hanoi National University's competency assessment exam was held in 6 sessions, starting from March 23 to June 2, 2024 at 19 testing locations.
Statistics on the number of candidates in provinces and cities taking the exam in 2024 show that, except for Hanoi, Nam Dinh is the province with the largest number of registered candidates, followed by Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Hai Duong, Nghe An, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, etc.
The total number of registrations in 2024 was more than 104,000, of which 96.2% of candidates attended the exam and 21 candidates were disciplined for violating regulations.
