Rescue foreign man who let go of 5th floor railing to the ground

Upon receiving the news, the Hanoi City Police Command Center mobilized the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police in charge of Hoang Mai district to quickly deploy the rescue team.

The incident occurred during rush hour, with many people gathering in the traffic area from Dau Bridge to Linh Dam and vice versa. Traffic Police Team No. 14, Traffic Police Department (Hanoi City Police) mobilized additional forces to support the local team to clear the traffic jam.

As soon as they arrived, the authorities deployed rescue measures. However, despite advice, the man suddenly let go of the 5th floor and fell onto the 2nd floor railing, becoming trapped in the area above.

By anticipating the situation, the rescue team quickly provided first aid and brought the victim from the second floor to the ground on a stretcher. The traffic police's specialized truck also quickly took the victim to the nearby Traditional Medicine Hospital for emergency treatment.

Initial information shows that the victim is Tyler DeJohn Lamont, born in 1987, an American citizen, with a broken leg. Dai Kim Ward Police have contacted relevant agencies to coordinate in resolving the incident.
