Specifically, forcibly demolish all structures and cut down all crops on two plots of land measuring 2,408 m2 and 2,960 m2 , which are agricultural land illegally occupied by Ms. Tran Thi Hong and Mr. Truong Phuc Khoa (both residing in Phuong Gia quarter, Dong Le ward).
Previously, Ms. Hong and Mr. Khoa had occupied the above-mentioned rice-growing agricultural land, planted trees, erected barbed wire fences around it, and constructed the structure. After being discovered, the authorities and organizations at all levels of Dong Ha City had repeatedly explained, communicated, mobilized, had dialogues, and issued decisions to handle administrative violations, but both of them did not comply.
“Recently, violations of the law on land management and construction order in Dong Ha have been quite complicated. Organizing enforcement like today is not desirable, but it is necessary to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of government management.
Through this incident, the local government hopes that all people will strictly comply with regulations on land management," said Vice Chairman of Dong Ha City People's Committee Pham Van Dung.
