According to the announcement of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of TKG TaeKwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province), this unit will give workers a day off for the National Day holiday of September 2, lasting from August 31 to September 5.

In particular, the company offers two options for supporting holidays. Specifically, from August 31 to September 4 is considered annual leave.
In case an employee has used up all his/her 2023 leave, he/she can advance his/her 2024 annual leave or take unpaid leave (without affecting his/her bonus).
In addition, on September 1 and 2, employees will have a day off with full pay. On September 5, which is an agreed day off, employees will receive a payment from the company equivalent to the regional minimum wage.
Notably, the unit also rewards workers with an additional day's salary (about 300,000-500,000 VND/person), cooking oil and milk. This bonus is calculated based on the basic salary and allowance for heavy and hazardous work (if any).
In particular, the subjects receiving the bonus are all employees who worked at the company before August 15 and are still working until the bonus date.
It is known that this enterprise spent more than 10 billion VND to reward employees on the occasion of National Day, September 2.
Previously, TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company organized many gift giving and cash support programs for workers on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2022. This unit also implemented a gold giving program for 50 lucky workers, each gift was half a tael of 24K gold.
