(NLDO) - The unique iconic structures in Phu Quoc are spring travel destinations that cannot be missed by domestic and foreign tourists.

Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province not only has beautiful natural scenery that captivates tourists, but it also owns many unique symbolic works in the world. Domestic and international tourists coming to Phu Quoc for the Lunar New Year 2025 cannot miss these symbols.

1. Mediterranean Town

Coming to the west coast of the South of Phu Quoc Island, which the locals used to call "the deserted rocky beach", has now become a bustling town with colorful neighborhoods. Inspired by the most beautiful castle in Switzerland, Château de Chillon, which is over 700 years old, Sun Signature Gallery is not only a living art museum, showcasing the pinnacle of architectural and interior creations, but also marks a pioneering step in building in the unique Mid-Century Modern style.

2. Proposal

Beauty lovers were still overwhelmed by the Signature Gallery building when, in early 2024, people from all over the country and abroad went crazy over the Kissing Bridge located right in the center of Mediterranean Town. The bridge made a strong impression with its extremely innovative idea, an architectural work that erases all boundaries of space and time.

3. Kiss The Stars Show

Next to Cau Hon is a stage complex by the sea, where the Kiss The Stars art show takes place. This is a performance that uses modern technology with visual effects, lighting, sound... harmoniously combined with storytelling art. This is also the only place in the world where artistic fireworks displays take place every night.

4. Sail Building

The iconic structure resembles a giant sail stretching out to sea, located in The Sailing Bay subdivision, part of the Sun Iconic Hub complex next to Bai Trao - the famous beautiful beach of Phu Quoc, where mountains, the sea and natural cliffs meet.

With an aesthetic mindset and the desire to create a unique Sail building only available in Phu Quoc, Sun Group invited a team of talented architects from 10 Design - a globally renowned design consultancy - to sketch out the "nail" project of this entire super complex.

The Sail Building with its outstanding height on a 42,000 m2 wide base, covered with large curved glass panels reflecting sunlight, looks like a luxurious diamond tower, symbolizing the height of Hon Thom.

5. The longest cable car in the world

With a length of 7,899.9m, Hon Thom Cable Car is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's longest 3-wire cable car across the sea. This is not only a proud project but also the first "brick" laying the foundation for an international-class paradise of entertainment and discovery at Hon Thom Phu Quoc.

6. Sun Serenia Hospital Phu Quoc

On November 16, 2024, a project considered the most anticipated in Phu Quoc was launched, which is Sun Serenia Hospital Phu Quoc.

With a floor area of up to 19,000m2, providing high-end medical services with advanced machinery systems, along with a team of leading domestic and international consultants and doctors, it can meet the diverse needs of health care and treatment according to international standards of both tourists and residents of the "pearl island".

This hospital is not only considered a project that contributes to shaping the future quality of life of Phu Quoc, but also a destination for tourism and entertainment because of its unique and one-of-a-kind architecture.

7. Grand World Bamboo House

"Bamboo Legend" affirms to tourists and the world that this is a Vietnamese work, the spirit of the Vietnamese people. The work is located right in the middle of the square - an eye-catching place and the first check-in point for visitors to Grand World Phu Quoc.

The Bamboo Legend project is a combination of 42,000 carefully selected bamboo trees from Tay Ninh to ensure aesthetics and sustainability. The project is nearly 15m high, with an area of 700m2. At the foot of the bamboo project, a 700m2 landscape pool is also designed, creating a flat surface like a mirror, creating a reflective effect and making the project more sparkling on the water surface.

The author of Bamboo Legend is architect Vo Trong Nghia - a famous bamboo architect worldwide. He is the one who brought Vietnamese bamboo to the world, breathing life into unique works of art that have been well received by the world. His famous works such as: bamboo swing, wind and water... have received much praise and been awarded prestigious architectural awards.

And with the bamboo house at Grand World, this talented architect continues to breathe life into bamboo trees, to create the largest, most magnificent construction ever, breaking the author's own record.
