By September 19, Hanoi streets had been basically cleared of fallen trees caused by storm No. 3. However, large parks were still littered with fallen trees. According to records, the workforce was increased, divided into many teams, and worked at high intensity, causing many chainsaw blades to wear out and require constant repair.

At the Capital Youth Park (Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi), although people's activities have returned, the place is still messy, with broken and fallen trees everywhere.

It is known that during the storm, like many other places, the Capital Youth Park also had many broken, fallen, and uprooted trees and this place was also used as a place to collect broken trees.

Mr. Lau A Chia (worker of Son La Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company, Son La Province) shared that on the morning of September 9, we were mobilized from Son La to Hanoi to support the recovery of the consequences of storm No. 3, cleaning up the streets in districts such as Ba Dinh and Hoan Kiem. On September 18, after finishing the street cleaning, we continued to clean up the fallen trees in the Capital Youth Park.

During a rare break, Mr. Luong Van Hong (a worker at Son La Urban Environment and Services Joint Stock Company, Son La province) said: "Working at high intensity and continuously has caused the saw blades to continuously wear out. Taking advantage of the break, we take the machines out to sharpen and repair them."

Broken and fallen trees, after being sawed into small pieces, will be gathered in a yard, roped off to limit people's access and wait for a crane to come and pick them up.

It is known that in recent days, Thong Nhat Park Company Limited has mobilized 100% of its personnel and specialized vehicles to support localities in handling fallen trees. According to a report from the Hanoi Department of Construction, about 660 firewood trees have been gathered at Yen So warehouse of Green Park Company and Kim Chung warehouse (Hoai Duc district) of Ha Thanh Company. Hanoi has also proactively added two more gathering points in Thanh Tri district and Dong Anh district.
