That is the wish, as well as the highest determination on labor safety of the board of directors and officers, employees of Thanh Hoa Power Company (PC Thanh Hoa) at the program "Meeting and exchanging with families, relatives of workers, civil servants, and laborers" - a humane event, connecting family affection with work, spreading the culture of labor safety.

In the electricity industry, labor safety is not only a principle but also a matter of survival. With the desire to spread safety awareness to every family, Thanh Hoa PC recently organized the program "Meeting, exchanging and sharing with families, relatives of workers, civil servants and employees" at a number of affiliated units. Accordingly, this activity will take place from March 20, 2025 to April 20, 2025 at all units under Thanh Hoa PC.

The meeting is an important bridge between the Company, workers and families. Thereby, it aims to raise awareness of labor safety among cadres, workers and employees as well as help families better understand the specific and difficult work of workers in the electricity industry. Determination from the Board of Directors – Putting people first

At the meetings, the organizers showed videos about unsafe situations in recent years, simulating work accidents that have occurred in the electricity industry, helping people to be more aware of the consequences of subjectivity and violating procedures.

Speaking to the relatives of workers, civil servants, and laborers, Director of Thanh Hoa PC Hoang Hai emphasized: Every electricity worker is a hero, but safety is the greatest victory. Each accident is not only the loss of an individual but also affects the whole family and business. No job is more important than human life. We want all workers to understand that subjectivity means danger. Every time you climb an electric pole, every time you come into contact with electricity, remember that there is a family waiting for you to come home safely.

Director Hoang Hai conveyed strong messages: Safety is not a choice, but a must; Safety is not an individual responsibility, but the responsibility of the whole group; If you see your colleagues doing the wrong procedure, do not stay silent - remind them, because you are saving a life; If you are a relative of an electricity worker, always ask them: Did you follow safety today? All are proof of the tireless efforts to make a living to take care of the family and above all, the responsibility to customers, the electricity industry and the community. His job not only requires dedication but also has many potential risks, I often remind him to be careful, follow safety procedures to protect himself and his colleagues. Family is always the support for him to work with peace of mind, the destination after a long day of work and the companionship, sharing and sympathy on that journey, lighting the flame of love in him and our small family" - Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, wife of worker Trinh Xuan Hung (Yen Dinh Electricity) said.

"There were times when he had to be away from his family, working overnight shifts or urgently going to repair the power grid when storms came, day or night, rain or shine; home-cooked meals without him, and holidays that were not complete because of work. Those things made me appreciate and be proud of my life partner even more. As the rear, I not only take care of the whole family but also spread pride in the electricity industry - where he and his colleagues are contributing. I understand that my companionship is not only a silent sacrifice but also an important part in helping him to be confident on the path he has chosen" - Ms. Chu Thi Khuyen, wife of worker Dinh Van Thach (Hoang Hoa Electricity) shared.

As the mother of worker Luong Ba Thanh (Thanh Hoa City Electricity), Ms. Do Thi Lua understands better than anyone the hardships and dangers that her son faces every day. For her, every time she sees her son wearing protective clothing and a worker's hat, she feels both proud and nervous. The work of an electrician not only requires high expertise but also has many potential risks. Just one moment of carelessness can have unpredictable consequences. Therefore, she always carefully instructs her son before going to work, reminding him not to be subjective, to strictly follow safety procedures to not only protect himself but also protect his colleagues.

They cannot go to the scene with their children, cannot protect their children from danger, but they are always a solid support, a motivation for every electricity worker to be more aware of safety, so that every day going to work is a day of returning safely.
