Launching a contest to create propaganda paintings and logos to welcome the Party Congress

The Department of Culture and Sports has just issued a plan to organize a contest to create propaganda posters to welcome Party Congresses at all levels, the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress and to create a logo for the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress.

The contest is organized to find propaganda and logo works with quality content and form to create a set of mockups to guide localities in unified and synchronous propaganda throughout the province; contributing to the overall success of propaganda work to welcome Party Congresses at all levels, the 16th Provincial Party Congress towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Accordingly, the contest will receive entries until April 1, open to all authors, groups of authors, professional and non-professional artists, citizens, and organizations nationwide, with no age restrictions. The works must meet the requirements of propaganda to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, the 16th Provincial Party Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress, in conjunction with propaganda to celebrate major holidays and important historical events of the country and the province in 2025.

Each author can send no more than 3 propaganda posters and 3 logos to the Provincial Cultural Center, No. 17 Cay Thap, Hong Gai Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh or via email: vu.designer@gmail.com . It is expected that 17 awards will be given for specific categories, on the occasion of the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress.
