At the conference, Mr. Phan Thang An - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee - announced Decision No. 2013-QDNS/TW dated March 19, 2025 of the Politburo approving Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Phu Yen province to hold the position of Secretary of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Presenting the decision and delivering a speech assigning tasks to the new Secretary of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac congratulated and expressed his belief that comrade Cao Thi Hoa An will excellently complete the assigned tasks.
