On March 30, the Party Committee and Command Board of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue Police Department (CNCH) of Hanoi Police organized a meeting to encourage 6 officers and soldiers before leaving for duty, including: Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Duong, Team Leader; Captain Le Dien Anh, Captain Kieu Van Dung, Captain Bui Minh Duc, Senior Lieutenant Duong Van Linh and Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Quoc Cuong.

These are officers and soldiers with firefighting and rescue skills, good health, well-trained, proficient in their profession, solid in their expertise, with many years of experience in rescue work and equipped with modern equipment, suitable for the actual situation at the scene.
According to the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department Command, upon receiving instructions from the Ministry of Public Security and Hanoi Police, the unit promptly prepared human resources, protective equipment and specialized equipment. The preparation process was completed on the night of March 29 to ensure timely deployment.
It is known that on the afternoon of March 30, the Working Group arrived in Myanmar. From March 30-31, the Group approached the scene in the capital Naypyidaw (Myanmar) - the search area with trapped victims, including children.
Previously, in February 2023, the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security also sent 24 rescue officers and medical staff to Türkiye to provide support after the earthquake. This action received recognition from Turkish leaders and international friends, affirming Vietnam's humanitarian commitment in the international arena.
