NDO - On March 14, thanks to the support from blue-chip stocks, the market recovered right from the opening. However, at the end of the session, selling pressure increased, in which a series of stock groups such as steel, securities, software, telecommunications, transportation... were submerged in red, causing the VN-Index to shake and decrease by 0.12 points, down to 1,326.15 points at the close of the session.
On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session decreased compared to the previous session, reaching more than VND 21,293.28 billion.
Foreign investors net sold approximately 226 billion VND on the HoSE. On the buying side, VIX shares were bought the most with a value of 359 billion VND, followed by VHM (142 billion VND), MWG (136 billion VND)... On the contrary, FPT was sold the most (645 billion VND), followed by DBC (179 billion VND), NLG (122 billion VND)...
Today's session, bluechip stocks traded actively in the morning but were sold off heavily at the end of the session. The VN30 group of stocks ended the session with 15 stocks increasing, 6 stocks remaining unchanged and 9 stocks decreasing.
Of which, SHB suddenly increased to the ceiling price of 10,700 VND/share, VIC increased by 1.56%, VJC increased by 1.34%, VPB increased by 1.82%.
Codes: BCM, BID, GVR, HDB, MSN, SAB, TPB, VCB, VHM, VIB, VNM increased slightly.
Six codes stopped at reference: CTG, MBB, MWG, SSB, SSI, TCB.
On the other hand, FPT decreased 3.74% to VND 131,400/share.
The remaining codes: ACB, BVH, GAS, HPG, LPB, PLX, STB, VRE decreased slightly from 0.27-0.99%.
In terms of industry groups, only SMC increased by 1.52%, HMC stopped at reference, the rest were in red. Besides HPG mentioned above, POM decreased by 4.55%, VCA decreased by 3.49%, NKG decreased by 1.24%, HSG, TLH decreased slightly.
Securities stocks traded differently in the morning session, lost strength at the end of the session and closed down 0.15%. In addition to SSI mentioned above, TVS, VCI, VDS, VIX increased slightly, HCM, VND stopped at reference. On the contrary, TCI decreased by 1.93%, BSI decreased by 1.43%, FTS decreased by 1.18%, APG decreased by 1.01%, AGR, CTS, DSE, ORS, TVB decreased slightly.
Banking stocks traded quite positively when they maintained green throughout the session and closed up 0.43%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB decreased by 0.98%, MSB increased by 1.75%, OCB increased by 1.36%, NAB stopped at reference.
The real estate stocks group with the main driving force being Vingroup stocks (VHM, VIC, VRE) closed the session up 1.41%, the highest level in the market. In addition, codes such as: NVL increased to the ceiling price of VND 11,100/share, DIG increased by 2.74%, DXG increased by 1.56%, DXS increased by 1.88%, FIR increased by 1.69%, HDC increased by 1.21%, KHG increased by 1.52%, PDR increased by 2.02%, SIP increased by 1.33%, TIP increased by 1.58%...
Other industry groups such as: software decreased by 3.66%, telecommunications decreased by 2.9%, transportation decreased by 1.8%, insurance, food-beverage and tobacco, raw materials, utilities, energy, health care, capital goods, distribution and retail of durable goods, consumer goods and decoration decreased slightly.
* The Vietnamese stock market index fluctuated quite strongly today, VNXALL-Index closed down 5.22 points (-0.24%), down to 2,186.07 points. Liquidity with trading volume reached 955.09 million units, equivalent to trading value of VND 23,024.19 billion. In the whole market, there were 132 stocks increasing in price, 96 stocks remaining unchanged and 245 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 242.73 points, up 1.41 points (+0.59%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 72.82 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 1,235.71 billion. The entire floor had 81 stocks increasing, 61 stocks remaining unchanged and 106 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed down 1.31 points (-0.26%) to 495.07 points. Trading volume reached over 46.43 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND950.817 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 11 stocks increasing, 2 stocks remaining unchanged and 17 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 99.38 points, up 0.36 points (+0.36%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 57.63 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 622,777 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 153 stocks increasing, 138 stocks remaining unchanged and 192 stocks decreasing.
* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed down 0.12 points (-0.01%) to 1,326.15 points. Liquidity reached over 1.021 billion units, equivalent to a trading value of VND22,994.38 billion. The entire floor had 170 stocks increasing, 87 stocks remaining unchanged and 183 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 Index decreased by 0.27 points (-0.02%) to 1,387.03 points. Liquidity reached more than 414.09 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND12,267.27 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 15 stocks increasing, 6 stocks remaining unchanged and 9 stocks decreasing.
