The program "Supporting children with cancer" continues to help 10 children with treatment | Women

The "Supporting Children with Cancer" program was established in September 2020 by Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc Trai - Chairman of Global Business Consulting Company Limited (GIBC), Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Association for the Support of Poor Patients, who is also the main sponsor of this program to support children with cancer to have more favorable conditions for treatment. To date, the program has raised 9.4 billion VND and helped 388 poor children being treated at the Oncology Hospital and other hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces.

Among the 388 children, some have been supported by the Program 2 to 3 times with a relatively large amount of money depending on the type of disease and treatment regimen. Children with difficult circumstances are considered for funding by the program from the time their application is approved until they are cured or stop treatment for other reasons.

The program "Supporting children with cancer" has helped significantly reduce the difficulties for the families of the above-mentioned children, because their parents are all poor and in difficult circumstances.

According to Dr. Tran Thanh Long - Chairman of the Association, since the program started operating, with the sponsorship of benefactors, philanthropists, the Association and sponsors, doctors and nurses are more assured when the children have more conditions for treatment.
