Along with that are cultural and sports activities such as boat racing on Da Rang river, Da Nong river; rowing bamboo basket boat, weaving nets, making fish sauce... To make these identities become urban highlights and create tourist attraction, the urban areas of the province have been actively exploiting and investing.

My friends said that starting in 2022, they were attracted to the majestic and artistic golden "king of the jungle" mascot of Phu Yen. In the following years, they only looked forward to the mascot in Phu Yen to admire and take souvenir photos. As for me, I usually spend Tet at home with my family and meet relatives and friends, but this year I went out to the street, to the park to sightsee and enjoy the atmosphere of the 27th Tuy Hoa City traditional dragon boat racing festival on the Da Rang River.

 

It is true that our city is becoming more and more beautiful and vibrant. What is more valuable is that traditional cultural activities are always invested in, so they have never lost their appeal to the people and tourists. I believe that the Ba River in the heart of the city, when planned and exploited, will add vitality to Tuy Hoa city in the future.

 

Photographer Nguyen Manh Ha in Hanoi is very fond of the natural beauty of Xuan Dai Bay (Song Cau Town). Because he loves this place, whenever he talks about Song Cau, he affectionately calls it the city by the bay. Mr. Ha said: The beauty of the bay lies in the beautiful beaches such as Vung La, Vung Chao and the poetic small islands such as Ong Xa Islet, Nhat Tu Son, Da Mai Cape, Tai Ma Cape... Above all, the traditional values ​​are always preserved by the people and the government, associated with the development of craft villages such as making fish sauce, raising seafood, weaving nets, making baskets... Xuan Dai Bay itself has created a Song Cau urban area that is both high-class and peaceful, which few urban areas have.

Urban vitality is created from works, cultural and sports activities and landscape spaces. In recent times, the development of the province's urban areas, especially the three key urban areas (Tuy Hoa City, Dong Hoa Town, Song Cau Town) has always had the cooperation of people, organizations, units and authorities at all levels. In particular, local authorities have promoted socialization to mobilize contributions from the whole society.

 

Mr. Cao Dinh Huy, Chairman of Tuy Hoa City People's Committee, said: In recent years, Tuy Hoa City has organized many activities such as opening a walking street, scientific seminars on trees and coastal urban planning, and urban beautification projects... All of these activities have both material and spiritual contributions from the whole society through mobilization from the socialization policy.

 

The most recent activities include fireworks to welcome the year of the Snake, building a spring flower street at Ho Son Park, etc. In addition to the state budget, there are also contributions from individuals, units and businesses. In particular, the total cost of decorating flowers, miniatures and large landscapes at flower streets, parks and traffic islands in the city is 7.6 billion VND, of which 50% is the support cost of businesses and units.

 

Mr. Tran Minh Hoang, Director of Phu Yen Urban Environment Joint Stock Company, Chairman of Tuy Hoa City Business Association, shared: The Association was established in April 2023, and up to now, its members have actively accompanied the local government to contribute to urban beautification, construction of public works and organization of events to serve the development of Tuy Hoa City in particular and Phu Yen province in general. The members believe that local development is the position and force to support businesses in the process of operating and expanding trade.

 

Mr. Ho Minh Hieu added: In addition to volunteer activities to help the disadvantaged in society, the unit also actively contributes its efforts with the government to build the city to develop more and more. In 2025, the group will have 8 member units participating in the Tuy Hoa City Business Association. From here, it will create more connections with the city government and other local businesses. According to the plan, this year the unit will participate in the social housing sector in the spirit of working with the city to effectively solve social security issues.
