(Baoquangngai.vn) - Speaking at the meeting with Quang Ngai compatriots in Kon Tum province on the occasion of the beginning of the Lunar New Year, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien hoped that Quang Ngai compatriots currently living in Kon Tum province would unite and continue to make more practical contributions to the common development of the two localities.

On the morning of February 15, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien, attended the meeting with Quang Ngai compatriots in Kon Tum province on the occasion of the beginning of the Spring of At Ty 2025. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien affirmed that although Quang Ngai will face many difficulties and challenges in 2024, the Party Committee, government and people of all walks of life in the province have always been united, made efforts, overcome all difficulties, and achieved the planned targets set for the year.

In particular, he emphasized the two provinces jointly implementing the central direction on building the Quang Ngai - Kon Tum expressway in the form of public investment.

This is a great opportunity for both provinces to exploit the advantages and potential of Quang Ngai - Kon Tum”, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien shared.

The employment rate of Quang Ngai province's labor force is very high and the demand for labor is still very large. Currently, Dung Quat Economic Zone and the province's industrial parks have many large-scale projects with high spillover effects, promoting the province's socio-economic development. Therefore, Quang Ngai province hopes that people, especially those of working age from provinces and cities across the country, including Kon Tum province, can come to Quang Ngai to find jobs and build a life here.
