For the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Trade and Investment Promotion, this agency has added 2 more personnel to the position of Deputy Director, including: Mr. Dao Minh Chanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment and Ms. Ho Thi Quyen, Head of the Administrative Procedure Control Department, Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.

Therefore, the new Chairman of the Committee for Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City needs to reorganize the agency and network so that the unit is worthy of being a trusted focal point for overseas Vietnamese. Thereby, contributing to the internal and external work to implement the Party and State's policies on overseas Vietnamese affairs.
