Chairman Do Van Chien offers incense at Tan Trao historical relic site

Attending the incense offering ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education; Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Chau Van Lam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; and leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, departments and branches of Tuyen Quang province.
