Teachers and students in the traditional Tet holiday experience activity
Accordingly, the subjects who are cared for during Tet by the Education Trade Union are union officials, union members, teachers and workers in difficult circumstances. Specifically, they are union members, teachers and workers who have had work-related accidents.
- Union members, teachers and workers or spouses/children with incurable or serious illnesses who are hospitalized or receiving outpatient treatment at home.
- Female union members, teachers and workers who are pregnant or have children under 12 months old. Full-time union officials.
- In case of other sudden difficulties that are not included in the criteria specified in the plan, the Standing Committee of the City Education Trade Union will consider and decide to take care of them according to its authority (based on the proposal of the grassroots trade union) to ensure the right subjects, transparency and accuracy.
Regarding the level of Tet care for teachers, the plan also clearly states that based on the financial resources of the union of the unit and the conditions of each agency, the subjects to be cared for will be determined appropriately and publicly at the level of 500,000 VND/case.
In addition, the Education Trade Union also encourages agencies and units to mobilize social funds to increase the level of spending on Tet care for teachers and workers. However, the mobilization must ensure publicity, transparency, consistency, and financial principles.
At the same time, in the plan to take care of teachers during Tet, the Education Trade Union also stated that it will proactively coordinate with relevant agencies to grasp the situation, inspect and supervise employers in implementing legal regulations on salary and bonus regimes during Tet.
Strengthen dialogue and negotiation activities on the content of caring for the material and spiritual life of workers during Tet. Implement measures to detect and prevent labor disputes and illegal strikes arising during Tet and participate in timely and effective handling, contributing to ensuring security and order in the locality.
