This page claims to represent the Ministry of Finance, providing information that it can help "recover money" for victims of online fraud. This page asks people to text to provide personal information and transfer a "fee" or "processing fee" to receive back the lost money. However, after receiving the money, this page does not perform any support or contact to resolve the issue.
