Also on July 25, the Hanoi People's Committee officially announced the approval of two BlackPink music nights on the evenings of July 29 and 30 at My Dinh Stadium as planned.
The Hanoi People's Committee assessed this as a large-scale, international cultural event . BlackPink is one of the leading, famous Korean music groups, loved by young people.
The two music nights are expected to attract about 67,000 spectators. The Hanoi People's Committee has assigned tasks to departments, branches, and localities, and directed the City Police and the Capital Command to develop a plan to ensure absolute security and safety, and the Department of Health to develop a plan to ensure health and prevent epidemics.
To ensure the quality of the music night, the organizers said they had assembled a team of leading international experts from Korea, the US, Canada, Singapore and Thailand, along with leading Vietnamese experts, to coordinate the implementation, ensuring mastery of a huge amount of equipment, 80% of which was imported from abroad, to ensure the highest quality.
Born Pink is BlackPink's second world tour after In Your Area (2018 - 2020). BlackPink's tour started in Seoul (Korea) in October 2022, and has so far had nearly 100 concerts in many countries in Asia, Europe, America and Australia. Hanoi is the final stop of the tour in Asia.
