How to convert English certificate scores to university admission scores

According to the table of converting English certificate scores to university admission scores at Hanoi National University. Accordingly, IELTS 5.5 points is converted to 8.5 points;

IELTS 6.0 points are converted to 9 points; IELTS 8.0 points are converted to 10 points.

Meanwhile, TOEFL iBT 72 – 78 points are converted to 8.50 points; TOEFL iBT 79 – 87 points are converted to 9 university admission points; TOEFL iBT 110 – 120 points have a converted score of 10 points.
