Stating that the 2024-2027 term takes place in a context of both challenges and opportunities, Mr. Le Hoai Trung suggested that the Heads of representative agencies, in their new positions, need to grasp and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies on foreign affairs and the key tasks of foreign affairs to consolidate and deepen relations with neighboring countries, countries in the region, major countries, important partners and traditional friends. Focus on research and advising the Party and State on measures to promote relations in all channels and fields, closely coordinating with the Central External Relations Commission and relevant agencies in implementing Party foreign affairs and people-to-people foreign affairs activities. At the same time, promote foreign information and propaganda so that friends around the world can better understand the role, position and prestige of our Party and our country in the region and the world.

Reporting on the overall situation of the implementation of the Party's foreign affairs work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu thanked the Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central External Relations Commission Le Hoai Trung, leaders and units of the Central External Relations Commission for their affection, attention and help to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
He said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central Foreign Affairs Commission have close relations and effective coordination in implementing political tasks assigned by the Party and the State.
