In his opening speech, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, said that the 10th Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival in 2023 will be held from June 3 to June 6 with more than 70 activities and unique art programs.
The opening night of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival was extremely attractive with many artistic performances combining colorful sound and light.
In particular, the modern art light show performed with 1,653 drones shows pride in the homeland's sea and islands, praising the richness of the sea, expressing the vitality, breath, and characteristics of the land of agarwood and bird's nest; the blending of traditional cultural colors of the nation with contemporary and modern cultural colors, creating an atmosphere of solidarity, expressing the respect and hospitality of local people towards domestic and international tourists and friends.

"Through the activities and events in the 2023 Sea Festival program, Khanh Hoa province wants to introduce to the people and tourists the image of a safe, peaceful, hospitable destination, a dynamic land, actively developing and integrating with the traditional cultural identity values of Khanh Hoa homeland", the Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee emphasized.
At the opening ceremony, the audience enjoyed extremely unique and impressive art performances with a combination of modern sound and light, and brilliant colors that delighted the domestic audience and international friends.

The opening was a motorized paragliding performance with 10 hot air balloons flying in the festival sky and a presentation of the story of Khanh Hoa using 3D mapping technology effects on stage.
The next part with the participation of about 700 professional and amateur artists brought the audience colorful and lively art performances.
The highlight of the opening night and the entire 2023 Sea Festival is the light show using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) appearing for the first time in Nha Trang City. With 1,653 drones performing in combination with modern music, this is the first time in Vietnam that a light show has taken place with the largest number of drones. In 15 minutes, the audience will see colorful images through the shapes of swallows, Mui Doi - Hon Dau, Ponagar tower, Tram Huong tower... vividly recreated in the sky.
