Hanoi plans to arrange 189 exam sites with 4,263 exam rooms; mobilize 14,907 officers, teachers, and employees to participate in exam supervision and 537 inspectors to be stationed at the exam sites.

Recognizing the importance of the exam, Hanoi City pays special attention to training professional skills for exam invigilators with the requirement that 100% of the officers on duty must have a firm grasp of the regulations, have a high sense of responsibility and not be subjective at all stages.
