Binh Giang clears corridor to clear land and implement project

The forces have cleared construction works, trees... encroaching on 84 households within the traffic corridor of provincial road 395.

On December 25, the Traffic Corridor Violation Clearance Board of Binh Giang district cleared construction works, trees, stalls, billboards, canopies, awnings, and encroaching materials of 84 households.

These violations are within the traffic corridor of Provincial Road 395, passing through My Khe village, Vinh Hong commune, with a total length of about 800m.

The clearance is to clear the land for the construction of the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 395 (section from km16+750 to km23+920) and the road leading from Cay bridge to provincial road 394 according to the set schedule.

The clearance work was carried out in accordance with legal procedures and regulations, ensuring safety for people and forces participating in the clearance.

The project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 395 and the road leading from Cay bridge to provincial road 394 is a key project of Binh Giang district to implement the Resolution of the 28th District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. The project is invested by the Binh Giang District Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total cost of VND 1,050 billion. To date, the site clearance work of the project has reached about 90%.
