On the morning of November 7, comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and worked with the Provincial Police on the results of implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Police Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

The Provincial Police Department's leaders presented a report on the implementation results of the Resolution of the Provincial Police Department's Party Congress, term 2020-2025.

Since the beginning of the term, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police have proactively grasped the situation, done a good job of advising the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the provincial steering committees on many important policies and solutions, strategies, as well as mechanisms and policies to lead and direct the entire political system and all classes of people to effectively carry out the task of ensuring security and order; resolutely implement and successfully complete the goals, requirements, and tasks of maintaining socio-political stability, ensuring national security with the highest efficiency.

Along with that, the Provincial Police have advised on the promulgation and effective implementation of the direction of the Party, State, Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Ministry of Public Security in performing the task of ensuring security and order in the province and building the Thanh Hoa Police force, focusing on: Resolution No. 51 of the Politburo and promulgating the Plan to implement the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 30 on the National Security Strategy; Directive No. 21 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in ensuring national security, preventing crime, and preventing drugs in the new situation; Resolution on leading the implementation of the task of ensuring security and order in the province every year; Plan to implement Project 06 on developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030; Project and Resolution on implementing the Project to promote the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern Thanh Hoa Police force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation...

Actively coordinate with the People's Army, the People's Procuracy, and the People's Court in protecting security and order, investigating, prosecuting, and trying cases.

At the same time, actively coordinate with the Fatherland Front, all levels, sectors and organizations to effectively implement joint resolutions and coordination regulations on ensuring security and order in order to successfully carry out the task of ensuring national security and social order and safety, maintain political stability, and effectively serve the socio-economic development and foreign affairs tasks of the province.

In the work of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety, the Provincial Police have firmly protected security on key routes, fields and areas, preventing "sudden" and "unexpected" incidents and the formation of "hot spots".

Every year, the Provincial Police issue over 30 plans, deploy 5 peak periods of attacking and suppressing crime, 10 specialized topics on preventing and combating property theft, drug crimes, economic and environmental crimes, "black credit" crimes and high-tech crimes...

The work of building a mass movement to protect national security has been widely deployed, carried out regularly and continuously, in accordance with the requirements, tasks, and characteristics of each region, target group, and residential area, promoting the great role and strength of the People in participating in ensuring security and order.

Accordingly, the Provincial Police have advised on the construction and management of 909 self-management models on security and order, 100 "Smart People's Mobilization" models, including 3 self-management models on security and order and 1 smart people's mobilization model that have been replicated nationwide. Effectively implementing criterion No. 19.2 on ensuring security and order in rural areas in the National Target Program on building new rural areas. Every year, the rate of residential areas, communes, wards, towns, agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions meeting the "Safety of Security and Order" standard reaches over 85% (exceeding the resolution's target of 80%). Advise on the implementation of the Law on Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level. Effectively organizing the "National Day for National Security Protection"; the police conference listened to people's opinions and collected opinions to assess people's "satisfaction" with the police at all 3 levels.

In the work of Party building, force building, logistics and technology, the Provincial Police Party Committee always focuses on innovating methods, improving capacity and leadership ability; promulgating and strictly implementing working regulations and Party principles; promoting the spirit of solidarity, democracy, maintaining discipline and routine in accordance with the charter, regulations and functions and tasks.

In his speech, Comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and commended the results that the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police force has achieved since the beginning of the term. In particular, he highly appreciated the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police for firmly grasping the assigned functions and tasks in ensuring security and order in the province; doing a good job of coordinating with departments, agencies, branches and organizations to maintain stability, order and social safety, contributing to creating conditions for the province's socio-economic development.

The provincial police force has regularly improved its quality and combat readiness, maintaining peace for the people's lives. Along with that, it has done a good job of inspecting the activities of major and key projects; handled complaints and denunciations well, with no hot spots or complications, and no "gangster" crimes operating in the area. It has promptly fought and solved cases, especially major drug cases. It has done a good job of national defense and security education.

Together with all levels and sectors, we carry out social security work well and participate in preventing natural disasters and epidemics. Thanks to that, the image of police officers serving the people shines in social life.

Pointing out the unpredictable and complicated developments of the world situation in the coming time, so that Thanh Hoa province can become a growth pole in the North of the country according to Resolution No. 58-NQ/TW of the Politburo on building and developing Thanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial Police force to effectively perform the tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting against crimes and national defense tasks; absolutely protecting the safety of key locations and events of the province. Solving social issues well, especially the handling of complaints and denunciations; advising the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee as well as Party committees and authorities at all levels in maintaining security and stability, especially before, during and after the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030.

At the same time, promote the building of a streamlined, disciplined, elite, and modern Thanh Hoa Provincial Police force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation, worthy of the three words that General Secretary To Lam said when working with internal affairs agencies: "Sure - Sharp - Effective".
